Condition: The dress must be unworn and in its original condition — free from marks, stains, perfume, or makeup — with all tags still attached. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged.
Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: Need a different size? Simply return your dress and place a new order for the size you need.
